Founded in 2002 by our Managing Director, Gary Kane, Phoenix Managed Services Ltd is an established market leader in the provision of managed business supplies, office supplies and facilities services.

Having spent over 18 years prior in the business supplies industry, Gary became disillusioned at what he felt was a failure to provide customers with what they really wanted due to service levels not being fit for the modern business world. Phoenix Managed Services Ltd was born based on a desire to provide business supplies via a fully managed service that allowed customers to focus on their core business.

Our Approach

Efficiency Audit:

With the support of your finance function we will review your last 12 months’ supply invoices on site to identify spend that is covered by our business supplies and services range.

Proposal:

Using the information gathered in our Efficiency Audit we will produce a bottom-up proposal that details all the products and services that we could supply you with, showing you the exact hard (£££) and soft (number of transactions) savings you will achieve.

Switching Process:

Once you have reviewed the proposal and confirmed that you’d like to go ahead we will give you a dedicated account manager who will manage the entire process for you. They will liaise with you to set the supply chain service up exactly as you want it and will co-ordinate the transition from your existing suppliers.

On-Going Savings:

When your account is ‘live’ your account manager will set up regular review meetings to ensure all savings are being delivered to plan and to continuously look for areas where savings can be enhanced or new areas of savings can be delivered.
