All recycling machinery we supply is UK manufactured which meets the UK and CE European Standards.

We only supply UK manufactured equipment which meets the UK and European Standards Committees for EN 840, EN 14803 and EN 1501 who are a member of the Health & Safety Executive's Waste Industry Safety & Health (WISH) forum.

Our Continental Bin are manufactured, by 'Egbert Taylor Group ' who are one of the world's leading manufactures or recycling bins and containers few EN 840 testing facilities in its R&D facility allowing us to independently re-certify our products to EN 840 every six months by UKAS accredited Lloyds British.

All equipment which we supply is certificated: These certificates are held by our manufactures who would install the equipment and operator and product training where applicable, certificates can be supplied if requested.

All product support and parts are handled by our manufacturers who has fully qualified engineers and parts departments who carry off the shelf replacement parts.

All Buckets and Frontend Loader Attachments which we supply are manufactured from High Tensile Domex Steel Domex 460 can take 67% greater loads TEMPthan the S275 across the same surface are to volume ration. Instead of mild steel, reducing the bucket weight by up to 30% and increasing the payload which the wheel loader can carry.

High-tensile steel provides better environmental performance.

Lightweight, high-strength steel offers material savings both in its production and for end-users like wheel loaders. High-strength steel provides longer life and offers lower fuel consumption. Prior to accepting any order, DJE Recycling Systems would carry out an onsite survey to ensure we are supplying the correct loader attachments to meet the sites requirements and full CAD drawings relating to the attachment will be supplied for sign off prior to build.
