AWA Refiners were established in 1991 and have been one of the market leaders in processing scrap computer boards, precious and high-value metals ever since.

Our dedicated and friendly team based in Harlow, Essex, includes Steven Warrin, David Ali, Lucy Mitchell and Stuart Satchell who offer over 70 years of collective experience in the fields of precious metal refinement and electronic recycling.

What We Do

Our refinery handles all grades of gold, silver and platinum group metals, and we can promise a quick and easy valuation for all of our new and existing clients.

We will tailor our services to suit all suppliers and corporations, and we operate within the rules and regulations set by current environmental legislation. We pride ourselves on our impeccable customer service record, and at AWA we are especially keen to function in an environmentally-friendly manner.

We promise the secure destruction of all materials (certificates are available on request).

High Value Metals

At AWA we also have a high-value metal department, who offer excellent rates for your Tungsten, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Nickel, Titanium, Tantalum, Indium, Mercury and their alloys.

We offer a nationwide collection service which provides a next day delivery for high value packages. Larger loads are handled by the company fleet vehicles or national carriers.
