Regenthill was founded in 1999 by Dr Steve Wong and Anthony Sweeney as part of the Fukutomi Family of Companies with the to become a leading Operator in Plastic Scrap recycling in the UK. Initially a Surrey based company working from a small office; the company grew and grew eventually moving offices into Wey House, Addlestone. The Surrey based head office headed a warehouse and processing facility which was located in Salisbury at the time. During this time a second company was created Qube UK who specialise in the manufacturing and distribution of media packaging as well as other items from recycled plastic.

As the company progressed the need for expansion was apparent. This was followed by the purchase of a new facility of 46,000sqft and moving the head office to Fyfield Road in Andover, Hampshire. Still run by Managing Director Anthony Sweeney the company continues to grow and provide services to many thankful customers with the look to always expand its facilities and contribution to the recycling trade.

Accredited Exporter of Packaging Waste (subject to an annual audit by the Environment Agency).

Accredited Exporter of WEEE (subject to annual audit by Environment Agency) Exemption from Waste Management Licensing Registered Waste Broker (with Dublin City Council)

Regenthill Mission Statement

We aim to work closely with our clients; providing advice and support to help them improve recycling rates for all waste types and to ensure compliance with current waste management and environmental legislation to increase their green credentials.

We operate to strict quality and operational procedures based on ISO: 9001 and recycling industry best standard practices.

As Accredited Exporters of Packaging Waste with the Environment Agency we are well placed to advise our customers on their obligations under The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007. We are also able to issue Packaging Waste Recovery Notes (PRNs) to our customers for the plastic materials we recycle.

Regenthill researches new products and markets within the recycling industry ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. We transfer relevant advice about legislative developments directly on to our clients. Making any clients experience feel as personal as possible.
